Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Amira Trading Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable products such as honey and spices cannot be returned unless damaged or the wrong item is delivered.

3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method. Partial refunds may be issued for products returned in less than perfect condition.
